Conveying Tank

It ensures the normal delivery if the hardness of rock is less than or equal to 18°.

Optional Parts

Milling Digging Head

After equipped with milling digging head, the machine can go on excavating work in coal road or half-coal roadway without firecracker. The hardness of coal road or half-coal roadway is less than 4. The bucket and the milling digging head can be exchanged in rock heading and milling. The dregs can be packed with the bucket after the blasting. Therefore, the only machine has two functions. The main hydraulic parts of the machine adopt the speed-changing gear box imported from German. It is driven by high torque hydraulic motor to ensure the milling digging head can work fluently under worse and high-load conditions. Equipped with the internal spray and high-pressure external spray, the dust extinguishing effect of the machine is good.

Because the weight of the milling digging head is large, the structure design of the machine is very strong. It can guarantee the stability of the machine when cutting the rock. Therefore, it can improve the work efficiency.

Diesel Power

The diesel power has two types. Both of them adopt small power diesel engine for walking. The customer should ask specifically if they need high-power diesel engine for work.

Quartering Hammer
1. The machine has quick connectors. The bucket and the quartering hammer can switch on quickly within one minute.
2. The quartering hammer can broken and protect of the bottom and side of roadways. After blasting the chunk of rock and coal can be broken without extra bomb.
3. In coal road or half-coal roadway whose hardness is less than 4, the machine can go on excavating work though the exchange of the bucket and the milling digging head. And firecracker is needless.
Hanging Belt Conveyer

The hanging belt conveyer can adjust unloading height flexibly and change unloading direction. The performance of comprehensive set is well.

Cable Drum
