With the fast development of SITON, the scale of the company is enlarged constantly. In order to improve the overall quality of all staffs and foster the spirit of teamwork, we organize all employees to take part in the "From excellent to outstanding" training camp.

There are 550 members in Siton. At ordinary time, people from different departments don't have enough chance to contact with each other. But in this training camp, we communicate with each other freely and sufficiently. There is an important session in the training that the staffs should play on the stage as a team. In order to get a better performance for their own team, each one gives advice and suggestions positively. In this session, each one has showed his potential.

We all benefit a lot in the two days' training. We should remember the great power of a team. It must be better to work as a team than by oneself. Besides, we are much clear about our work. And we firmly believe that we can make Siton a much more beautiful future by means of unremitting efforts and unity cooperation.
